Tony Flores and his guys have been to our house several times delivering our tress and shrubs. Tony was onsite, communicative and readily answered all of our questions regarding post planting care. It’s rare to see such hands-on, dedicated leadership in projects! Tony’s professional has been above reproach and his crew worked very hard at getting everything in the ground that we purchased. You do not find guys like him that balances the customers needs and taking care of the company’s assets too! Google doesn’t have enough stars for the high praises we need to give Tony! We highly recommend Tony and his team for any tree delivery and landscaping project! Here’s some pictures of Tony and his team’s professional work.

Outstanding Service for a Special Memorial I cannot thank this team enough for helping me honor my father. I was looking to purchase a tree as a donation for the Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. * Exceptional Guidance: Matt was incredibly helpful. He guided me through the selection process and helped me pick out the perfect pecan tree. He also made scheduling the installation date seamless. * Expert Installation: On the installation day, Tony and his crew did a fantastic job. Planting a tree is such hard work, but they handled it with absolute professionalism. * Great Communication: Tony was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. This is a wonderful business that cares about its customers. Highly recommended!

Tony Flores and his crew from Moon Nurseries went above and beyond to make our yard look outstanding! They planted this beautiful palm tree to match our other one and so many bright flowers to make our yard so vibrant. Thank you, Tony for making a miracle happen. If you are looking for an exceptionally nice person with 34 years of experience, I’d highly recommend him!

Caitlyn started this journey with me and I tell you, she could not have been more helpful. The Alamo Ranch location is convenient. They have anything and everything you’re looking for and they can answer any in all questions. Never are you made to feel like you are a beginner, even though I am.. This company’s planting crew Kevin Morales and his crew were beyond amazing advice, helping me redesign where to put my trees. Talk to me through the process of when they were planting them and then what the trees needed To grow amazing. They were there and answered any question I had. I deal with companies all day long in San Antonio area Moon Valley nurseries by far does an outstanding job with every aspect of their business. Is the tree higher priced? Maybe but not for the service and the attention and the care that you get and the amazing beautiful trees that wind up starting your orchard. I Highly recommend this company and their crews!!!!!! When they plant your trees, they even put the T post brace, your trees I mean above and beyond to make you have a successful Orchard.

Had replacement tree planted after our other tree purchased last spring died from a winter storm. New tree when picked out in March was full and vibrant and Looked very healthy. They planted the tree yesterday and when I looked over the tree its leaves were wilting and had spares foliage. They also broke several branches during its transport and transplant. This was our first negative experience with them but for the price you pay for trees with this company you would and should expect better.
